The purpose of the Benevolence Ministry is to promote human welfare in such areas as health, child care, and care of the aged, and to:
a. Administer and distribute funds within the benevolence budget of the Church.
b. Develop a program of service and relief to meet the needs of Church members, the community, and the world-wide community.
