The supervision of the property of the Church shall be the function of the Board of Trustees. Under its Property Management function, the Trustees shall:
a. Supervise the Church building, grounds, and all general equipment, including care, repair, decoration, and protection.
b. Supervise the purchase and installation of all equipment.
c. Maintain adequate insurance on buildings and equipment as may be approved by the General Board.
d. Handle all requests from outside agencies for the use of the building or equipment, including permission or refusal to use, amount of rental fees, as well as ensuring that any established guidelines for the use of Church facilities are followed.
e. The Chairman of Trustees shall be a member of the General Board.
